Returns
Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase. NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including the original packaging.
Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Once the return is received, a refund will be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To inquire about an exchange, email us at hello@borderlandcandles.com.
Sale Items

Shipping

You are responsible for paying shipping costs for your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your return item.
