Ground Shipping
- A physical street address is required for delivery.
- Please note that orders shipping USPS Ground may take 3-5 business days to process before shipping from our facility.
Two-Day Shipping
- A physical street address is required for delivery.
- Orders placed before noon, Central Standard Time (CST), Monday - Thursday, will arrive in the next two business days. Orders placed after noon (CST) will arrive in the next three business days.
- Orders placed by 10:00 am (CST) on Friday will arrive in the next two business days. Orders placed after 10:00 am (CST) will arrive in the next three business days.

What if I place my order on a holiday or weekend?
All orders placed on a holiday or weekend are received the following working business day. Please allow 2-3 additional days for order confirmation.
Borderland Candle Company offices and shipping department will be closed on certain holidays. Orders submitted on these days will not be processed until the next working business day.
